Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Emergency Spill Response

24 hours a day, 7 days a week – Eggan Septic & Environmental Services is available to respond to any spill you may have. For over 17 years, the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation has called upon our professional service to provide environmental spill cleanups. Eggan can respond to spills on land or water.


Our other customers include fuel oil companies, trucking companies, insurance companies, as well as, several industrial and individual property owners.

Fuel Storage Tank Removal

Old fuel tanks rust and can leak. Eggan Septic & Environmental Services is fully qualified to remove, cut, clean, and dispose of both under ground and above ground fuel storage tanks.


We will monitor the soil around the tank and collect soil samples for laboratory testing to ensure that the area is contamination free.

Site Remediation

When Eggan Septic & Environmental Services responds to a spill, we assess the site to determine the best plan of action. We then excavate the area to remove contaminated soil. Once all accessible contamination has been removed, we will collect soil samples for lab testing. The area will then be backfilled with clean fill compatible with the surrounding environment to ensure the land’s natural recovery.


We will transport and dispose of all contaminated soil and debris per state and federal regulations. We can also install Soil Vapor Extraction systems and subsurface treatment systems. We will provide site monitoring services as needed.

Hauling and Disposal Services

Licensed and insured to remove and transport waste oils, gasoline and other petroleum products, there is no reason not to call Eggan Septic & Environmental Services for all your hauling needs.


All hazardous waste transportation is conducted in accordance with state and federal mandates. We are equipped to haul liquid and solid wastes. We carry a NYS DEC Part 364 Permit No. 6A-120 and we are also permitted to haul hazardous and non-hazardous waste to various disposal facilities in our area.

Drilling Services

Your search for a premier drilling service is now over! We are fully licensed to drill monitoring and recovery wells, as well as, providing split spoon sampling.


We have the equipment and expertise needed to install environmental wells wherever your project demands one. We can also provide environmental well sampling and monitoring as needed.
